No Appointment Necessary
Walk-ins are welcome Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Bring a photo ID and any paperwork, authorization or electronic registration information supplied by the organization requesting your test.
After-Hours, Post-Accident or On-Site Testing

How Breath Alcohol Testing Works
Screening Test
The donor provides an exhaled breath sample using the testing device specified for the program.
Confirmation When Required
If the screening result meets the applicable threshold, the technician follows the required waiting period and confirmation procedure.
Results Are Documented
The completed result is recorded and reported according to the employer’s, agency’s or individual’s instructions.
DOT and Non-DOT Testing
DOT Breath Alcohol Testing
DOT alcohol testing follows federal procedures for regulated safety-sensitive employees. The technician completes the required forms, observes the required waiting period when confirmation is needed and reports the result according to DOT procedures.
Non-DOT Breath Alcohol Testing
Non-DOT testing follows the employer policy or instructions of the organization ordering the test. It may be used for workplace, school, court, treatment-program or personal testing needs.

What a Breath Test Measures
A breath alcohol test estimates current blood alcohol concentration from a breath sample. It is intended to evaluate recent alcohol use or possible current impairment—not a long-term pattern of alcohol consumption.
